Bridget Ritchie - VP, Global Business Development

Bridget Ritchie has been in the relocation industry for over 23 years. Starting out in the relocation management company sector and advancing within various accounting, inventory, operations, marketing and sales roles, Bridget brought her relocation management expertise to the moving sector, joining Arpin Group, Inc., in January 2009. As the Director of Business Development, Bridget was responsible for sales and client relations in primarily Midwestern states as well as Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In her current role as Vice President, Global Business Development, Bridget is responsible for contributing to the revenue growth of the company, overseeing the global sales team, client relations, and developing corporate account sales for her territory. In addition, Bridget is a member of Arpin Group’s Management Committee, a group of executive-level employees  responsible for making recommendations and implementing the vision of Arpin’s board of directors; facilitating and overseeing the company’s financial performance, corporate governance, budgeting and asset allocation; overseeing major projects and initiatives; and improving the effectiveness and efficiencies of the company’s management strategies, staffing, and operations across all divisions and business lines. Bridget also holds her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations with Worldwide ERC.

During the last many years, Bridget has been involved with, served on, spoke on, or moderated numerous regional and national Worldwide ERC planning committees and panels. Bridget serves as an advisory board member of the Midwest Relocation Council (MRC) and is a current board member and past president/chairman of the board of directors of the Corporate Relocation Council of Chicago (CRC). Additionally, Bridget has served on the boards of directors of the Wisconsin Employee Relocation Council (WiERC), the St. Louis Employee Relocation Council (STLERC), and is a contributing member of multiple other regional relocation groups, as well as Worldwide ERC (WERC).

In 2018, Bridget received the Sandra M. Welbourn Service Award; an annual award given to a CRC member who is regarded as an unsung hero, and who is admired for their general good will, involvement, positive outlook, teamwork, and promotes an inclusive environment.
