Focused on improving its online experience for customers and agents, Arpin Group, Inc. has created its first dedicated Web site to serve as a gateway for all Arpin companies and services. While separate Web sites have existed for Arpin Van Lines, Arpin International Group and global offices, this is the first time the parent company has received a formal online presence.
“ArpinGroup.com has been designed from the ground up with a look and feel that is consistent with our company’s new unified branding,” said David Arpin, president and CEO of Arpin Group, Inc. “This new site offers more streamlined navigation and categorizes our company’s numerous service offerings to make it easier for visitors to find what they need.”
New features include a “newsroom” which will provide news releases and company announcements as well as industry news. A “live chat” feature will enable customers and prospects to chat instantly online with customer care representatives during Central Standard Time business hours. Arpin’s numerous green initiatives, award-winning services and charitable causes are also highlighted on the new site.
