Arpin International Group Receives Two Weichert Awards for Customer SatisfactionApril 07, 2010
Arpin International Group has won two awards from Weichert Relocation Resources, (WRRI), a leading relocation and assignment management company, for outstanding customer satisfaction survey scores.
Arpin received the Weichert Move Network Raving Fan Award. Lynn Wargo, an Arpin International Group relocation coordinator, won the Weichert Move Network Coordinator of the Year Award.

The awards are based upon relocating families’ customer satisfaction, with the top rating called “Raving Fan.” Arpin International Group’s scores were 92 percent “Raving Fan” and 97 percent “overall satisfied,” with a 52 percent response rate.
Wargo’s scores were 95 percent “Raving Fan” and 100 percent “overall satisfied,” with a 62 percent response rate, making her the top-rated coordinator system-wide, including surveys from domestic and international moves.
