Kevin Amatucci Joins Arpin Group as Director of Customer Care

Kevin Amatucci has joined Arpin Group as the new director of customer care. Amatucci’s primary responsibility is to ensure Arpin is providing top quality service to customers. He will manage client relationships, including Arpin’s major corporate accounts, and provide direction to the Arpin customer care team to ensure customer needs are being met on a daily basis. Amatucci will also provide sales support, conduct site visits and handle surveys.

“With over 24 years in the moving and storage business, Kevin brings a rich mix of corporate management in operations, customer service and staff development experience,” said Mark Dearborn, vice president, customer care of Arpin Group, Inc. “He has proven himself to be a dynamic leader and we are very pleased to welcome him to our management team.”

Amatucci was previously vice president of operations and customer service for Crofutt and Smith, an Atlas Van Lines agent. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Centenary College. Amatucci currently resides in Budd Lake, N.
