Logistics Management Magazine recently recognized Arpin Van Lines in its 2009 Quest for Quality Awards.  In the van lines category, Arpin took home first place in “value” and “information technology” while achieving the highest weighted score among other leading van lines.

Dixon Lim Joins Arpin International Group Singapore As Move Manager

SINGAPORE (November 2, 2009)– Dixon Lim has joined Arpin International Group's Singapore office as a move manager.
 
As a move manager Lim is responsible for a number of duties including the overall managing of clients, overseas colleagues and service vendors as well as driving the new business program in Asia by submitting RFQs for major bids in the Asian Pacific.

Arpin Group keeps nearly 24,000 lbs. of electronic waste ouf of local landfills and receives ABC6 and New Channel 5's Green Conscious Company of the Year Award.

The First Annual E-Waste Fest 2009, a folk festival and e-waste recycling event hosted by worldwide mover, Arpin Group, Inc. and electronic waste recycler, Cartridge World RI, collected 23,860 lbs. of computers, printers, monitors and other electronic waste for safe disposal, preventing these items from landing in local landfills.
 

First Annual E-Waste Fest 2009 Announces Recycled Items List And Entertainment Schedule

WEST WARWICK, R.I. (September 26, 2009) – On Saturday, September 26, Internet broadcast history will be made as worldwide mover, Arpin Group, joins forces with ABC6 (WLNE), Rhode Island News Channel 5, and Cartridge World to produce a televised festival focused on saving the environment.
 
E-Waste Fest 2009 is a folk festival and e-waste recycling collection event which will be broadcast live on http://www.ewastefest.com from the Arpin Group campus in West Warwick. This daylong campaign will feature musical acts, entertainment and family activities. A percentage of all donations received from electronic waste collections at E-Waste Fest will benefit Save The Bay, a Rhode Island-based non-profit committed to protecting, restoring and exploring Narragansett Bay.
